How far is Bratislava Castle from the hotel?

Bratislava Castle is just a 8 to 16-minute stroll from SKARITZ. Head past St. Martin's Cathedral and you're there — making us one of the best-located hotels for sightseeing in the Old Town. See location
How far is SKARITZ from Bratislava Airport?

Bratislava Airport (BTS) is approximately 9 km from the hotel — around 15–20 minutes by taxi. Vienna Airport (VIE) is also a popular option, reachable by bus or taxi in around one hour. See our taxi service
Travelling from Vienna to Bratislava by boat?

The Twin City Liner docks at Rázusovo nábrežie. The 10–15 minute walk to SKARITZ takes you straight through the heart of the Old Town — past the Main Square, the Slovak National Theatre, and along some of Bratislava's most scenic streets — right to our door in the center of Old Town Bratislava.
Do the hotel rooms have fireplaces?

Yes — many of our rooms and suites feature large working fireplaces, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere in our historic building. You can request a fireplace room when booking.
Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included in your stay and is served daily from 07:30 to 09:30 on the ground floor of the hotel. You can also exclude breakfast when booking for a lower room rate — Michalská Street and the Old Town are lined with cafés and restaurants offering breakfast with outdoor terrace and courtyard seating, all within a short walk.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. If you book directly and need an earlier check-in, we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a free sauna at the hotel?

Yes, the sauna is complimentary for all hotel guests. We recommend arranging your session at our reception in advance. We also offer Thai massage treatments — the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring Bratislava.
Is there Free parking at SKARITZ?

No, we do not offer FREE parking due to our location in a pedestrian zone, the nearest parking garage where our guests receive a discount is 350m / 3 min walk away from our hotel.
Is it cheaper to book with SKARITZ directly?
